Calvin Cobb & Co. is a management consulting firm located in Houston, Texas, that specializes in serving the energy-related process industries.  Our primary goal is to advise management on those issues critical to the success of their businesses.  To that end, our consulting engagements focus on helping our clients achieve definitive goals and objectives.  Our seasoned professionals provide clients with a range of services based on our strong technical, economic, and business experience. 

Dr. Calvin B. Cobb established the firm as today’s version of the Wright Killen & Co. consulting firm he led as president  in the 1980s and 1990s until its sale to Ernst & Young in 1996 when he continued as its head as a partner in Ernst & Young.  Former members of Wright Killen and other firms who have been consultants for the past 30 years have come together because they value the culture of our former company and the professional satisfaction of serving clients with distinction.  Past clients have reinforced the ideals we hold important and have encouraged us to recreate the kind of firm we successfully operated in the past but focused on today’s needs and problems. Having been leaders in consulting for more than 38 years, we have developed a consulting approach that builds on our strong foundation of knowing not only the industries in which our clients operate, but how they do their business.  We believe what differentiates us from our competitors is our commitment to providing sound advice and results that are based on the sophisticated analysis of complex problems.
